Maitland Walker acted for my wife and I in the purchase of a new home and the sale of our last home.
I was extremely satisfied with their level of professionalism. The firm replied promptly to any queries I had, and nothing appeared too much trouble. The firms senior conveyance Alex Griffin was an excellent ambassador for Maitland Walker. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and alex in particular.

We use Maitland Walker every time we move which is about every 2 years, and they are always fantastic. I know I can leave them to it and they will work hard for their clients. Not many of my purchases have been simple or easy yet they do a great job every time. Rebecca Manu is exceptionally good. 100% recommend.

Maitland Walker are great to deal with, everything is explained well and then dealt with speedily. l have been to them 3 times now 2 times for a Will and once to sell our home and in all the service was excellent. They are also very pleasant too.

Alex Griffin was amazing!
We chose Maitland Walker as they were linked with Bradley’s Estate Agents. What an excellent choice, we cannot praise Alex Griffin highly enough – he was amazing! He always replied quickly to any query emails we sent and was supportive and efficient throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend him highly enough, we haven’t realised that, with excellent support, the process could be so straightforward.
