Peace of mind
I would like to thank Kerry for all her help, advice and legal knowledge in helping me with my Lasting Powers of Attorney - A process which we often put off or put to the back of our minds - I am so pleased and relieved that I have addressed this matter. Now I can relax knowing everything is in order, if the day ever comes when I am no longer able to manage my affairs at least I will have peace of mind that my LPAs have been registered with the OPG - and can be activated.

Implementation of new will & 2 LPAs (following husband's death)
Kerry Ricketts has been immensely helpful in assisting me to draft a new will. This was to replace my existing one after my husband died.
At the same time, it was agreed that it would be sensible for the 2 x LPAs to be put in place for the future. I had help and advice in filling them out and was kept informed despite a long wait from the OPG in getting them certified.
