I was very impressed with the service provided. I did not live local to the property being sold and the Solicitor arranged for the last items to be removed from the property for me when a quick completion was agreed. The Solicitor was very helpful & kept me updated with progress and the sale went very smoothly. Thank you.

Lack of communication and ownership, now on our third partner as two have left one without handover, only finding out because we requested an update. Unable to accept responsibility for their catalogue of errors and the need to chase them at every turn. On a positive (for them) they very able to charge for very little output.... and a lot!

I approached Maitland and Walker LLP about a conveyancing matter and they were extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our request. Kirsty kept us fully aware of the next steps in the process and the matter was dealt with efficiently and very professionally. In fact the whole matter was completed within a week of us contacting them; this includes receiving all the necessary documents as well. I would highly recommend this firm and would happily use them again.

I have just used Maitland and Walker for a unusual property sale .
I have to say I was very impressed with the way Ella handled the whole sale, keeping me informed at every point. At the same time Joe was handling part of the agreement , and they both worked very well together. I will definitely use Ella and Maitland Walker again.
