Estate management and house sale

Great job
As I have used Maitland walker on a few occasions before for conveyances I had no hesitation in appointing them again for the sale of my 2 bedroomed flat in Wimbledon.
I was then referred to Helen grant to act as my solicitor.
I found Helen at the outset professional and proactive. We had an ease of communication and this was maintained throughout to completion. She was always available when I called or would call me back at the first opportunity.
We would talk strategy and I found we had like minds or she was a be step ahead of me.
For example when I called to see the progress on the planned simultaneous exchange and completion, Helen answered yes I’ve just done it this minute!
