very responsive,helpful , efficient and friendly . only minor mistake was in their maths! soon rectified .
thirdfort identity procedure was impossible and took 45 minutes not 5! even then not completed.

Excellent service!
We chose Maitland Walker from a previous recommendation and they did not disappoint.
Ella was our solicitor for our house sale/purchase. Both herself and her secretary Nikky kept us up to date, spoke to us like humans, worked exceptionally hard and mitigated excellently any problems that popped up.
At no point did we not know where we were at, communication between parties was excellent and far surpassed any expectations.
Ella gave us good advice and helped a lot throughout the whole process.
Always contactable, it eased the stress of selling and buying a house!
Whenever we had to pop into the office, the team members we encountered were helpful and more that happy to assist us :)

Property Conveyancing
Our purchase of our property was not a straightforward purchase but Ella was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Ella and the team were always on hand to answer any/ all of my questions. Ella made the process of buying and selling as stress free as possible. I couldn't recommend Ella more she was fantastic in dealing with a more complicated purchase with lots of elements to it. I had complete faith in Ella's advice. Would give a 10/10!

A very good experience.
My experience working with Ella Parsons was excellent. She was always thorough and professional and worked extremely my behalf to push through considerable barriers. Always cheerful and helpful she made the experience a great deal less stressful than it would otherwise have been. Ella's assistants were likewise very helpful.

Estate management and house sale
We engaged Maitland Walker to help us manage our Late mothers estate and house sale, I had had previous positive experiences with them buying our house in Minehead. The matter was handled respectfully and professionally. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
