Acting as executor of a will I had to sell a house. The house had been difficult to sell and because it was owned by the previous owners for decades lots of difficulties arose. Gaynor expertly guided me through a protracted and acrimonious divorce process, which lasted for over four years due to the backlog in the court system after the COVID-19 lockdown, and ultimately helped me to get a fair and reasonable financial settlement. Gaynor was extremely professional throughout and provided me with a first class service. Gaynor gave clear advice, especially when I had to take my ex-wife to court to agree a financial settlement. We eventually reached a settlement that was fair to both parties the day before the final hearing, despite my ex-wife's continued stubbornness and outlandish demands. Without Gaynor's support and honest assessments, I would not be in a position to rehouse myself adequately. I would definitely highly recommend Gaynor to anyone who is going through a divorce, especially where the other side is uncooperative and unwilling to engage in the process. Gaynor was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she gave honest advice throughout the divorce proceedings, and was realistic about the outcome that I might expect. Gaynor is very approachable, tenacious when necessary, and I would definitely use again.
