Not having much to do with legal issues one needs to have confidence in making a choice.
PCB delivered from the moment I first contacted them regarding an Employer Agreement. Calls were answered quickly, directed immediately if possible and calls back made at the agreed times.
The face to face meeting was well prepared for and the depth of knowledge used in conducting the meeting was excellent. All of the legal jargon was converted into 'layman's terms' and concentrated on the specifics rather than the 'noise'. I felt fully informed and extremely confident in all of my touch points and meetings. Also, all of the documentation etc can be done electronically/digitally saving visits to have items delivered or copied.
Absolutely first class.

Knew what I want
Only one who asked outright at the start " do you just want to get this done or have you a dispute" . It's something I had to do and just needed a solicitor to sign off. No worries about running up costs beyond what my employer was going to pay.
