Excellent service & communication
Jeevan was appointed for a purchase of a property. She guided me through the process, always being available for queries and updates, which was important given I was a first time buyer. When an issue with the bank for the mortgage arose, she kept me informed and was proactive in chasing the bank and broker. I would thoroughly recommend Jeevan! Thank you Jeevan and team!

Excellent service
Acting as executor of a will I had to sell a house. The house had been difficult to sell and because it was owned by the previous owners for decades lots of difficulties arose. I tried private treaty and auction. At every stage PCB's Jeevan Rai was there to help and advise. She kept me informed at all times, responded quickly to queries and offered solutions to problems.
