House sale and purchase

Janet Hawley and David Jones handled my buying a house at auction, the sale of 2 properties and the buying of one more in a relatively short space of time in complicated circumstances. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything was made very clear at all stages. They were contactable at all times (something we cant rely on these days). I will never be looking for a different solicitor and would recommended them to anyone.

House purchase

Our mortgage advisor always used the same solicitors but was let down at the last minute, so she recommended Martin-Kaye, needless to say she will now be using Martin-Kaye. Jo Thomas was our solicitor for the house purchase, she was AMAZING, always happy to take my phone calls, even if it was a few times a day. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, gave brilliant advice, and had a great sense of humour, something that's important in a very stressful time.
I will be using Martin-Kaye for every house purchase from now on.
