Excellent service
Excellent service during my house purchase with an efficient, professional and responsive service. I was able to go the office to drop and pickup documents from their office which made it really convenient at times. Excellent service.
From the first time we met Joanne, we knew that we were in safe hands. We hadn't moved in forty years and she guided us through each stage of the process, explaining everything clearly. House sale and purchase
I would highly recommend Jo based on the work she did in relation to our house sale and purchase. She was always friendly and willing to give her time to help us. In particular, I was surprised how quickly Jo responded to our emails throughout the process and she was brilliant at keeping us updated, even if it was just to say that we were still awaiting information. House Sale
Joanne and Holly were both extremely friendly, helpful, communicative and efficient throughout the whole process of my house sale. In particular, Jo was always happy to pick up the phone to discuss anything with me and her response on any queries I had were always answered ASAP. Joanne Thomas - What a star
From start to finish, Joanne was the calm amongst the storm!
Our house purchase was complicated and threw up many curve balls, but whatever happened Joanne was always available and communicated where we were at and what was required.
