Initial meeting was informative & useful to me in settling my fathers will, although the will & estate were fairly simple, there was an outstanding trust from his late wife's will to tie up. Advice on that was clear & undertaken without difficulty.
Estimates of costs & time later to grant probate were stated, Costs were as expected but time to grant probate were much better than expected. Throughout, communication with me was good.

Quick and efficient service

I used Rachel Roberts' assistance in finalising the financial agreement between myself and my ex husband. Rachel was very approachable and explained everything in simple language. She was very quick at responding to emails and I feel my case was dealt with very swiftly. Rachel was very professional. Making a will with Hatchers

I had previously made another will but the firm had gone out of business and the will and house deeds got lost. I decided to go to Hatchers because they were a large firm. I was not disappointed. The process was very simple and Edward explained everything very well. I felt free to ask questions. The cost was reasonable and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. They kept me informed throughout., If you're making a will I would recommend them. They are one of the larger firms and unlikely to go out of business.

Sarah did the most amazing job on our conveyancing when we sold and bought a house. She was always totally organised, completely on top of where we were in the process and totally efficient.
