We have recently sold two properties and used Joanne Roberts at Hatchers, Whitchurch. Joanne, throughout what was/is a testing time for Solicitors with the Stamp Duty holiday was brilliant throughout. All e mails answered quickly and efficiently. Neither sales, as old properties were smooth but we were navigated through the process with ease. Thank you

Professional, Reliable Legal Advice
I approached Joanne Roberts to act for me in the sale of a property because I had engaged in the past and was sure I would receive sound advice and professional guidance.
We completed on time with no issues on our side, despite dealing with the buyer's solicitors whose communications were often unclearly phrased and inaccurate in matter of fact.

Value for money + Easy to deal with
A seamless house purchase, although there were a few complications to deal with: nevertheless, the purchase went through with ease and professionalism throughout.

Excellent, accurate & efficient service
Great solicitors, did a brilliant job on my fist flat sale. Good price for an excellent service. Communicated frequently by phone and email and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend and will use again with no hesitation.

House purchase
Thank you to Joanne and Helen who both made our 'first time buyer' experience relatively stress free. Despite delays from the house builders, Hatchers kept us well informed and met all deadlines. They provided guidance every step of the way and were very approachable.

Consistent Service
In June 2023 we asked Hatchers Whitchurch (Joanne Roberts) to handle the conveyancing of my late mother's property. In November of the same year we purchased a property for ourselves- again rung the same solicitor. The following February we asked them to do the conveyancing of our property sale. Three houses in eighteen months, handled with great efficiency!
