We have recently sold two properties and used Joanne Roberts at Hatchers, Whitchurch. Joanne, throughout what was/is a testing time for Solicitors with the Stamp Duty holiday was brilliant throughout. All e mails answered quickly and efficiently. Neither sales, as old properties were smooth but we were navigated through the process with ease. Thank you

Consistent Service
In June 2023 we asked Hatchers Whitchurch (Joanne Roberts) to handle the conveyancing of my late mother's property. In November of the same year we purchased a property for ourselves- again rung the same solicitor. The following February we asked them to do the conveyancing of our property sale. Three houses in eighteen months, handled with great efficiency!

Property Handling
Hatchers were very efficient handling my sale &purchase of property. The whole process took 6 months & I was kept fully informed via emails & then letters at end of the process.
I would like a non personal touch when needing questions answered by solicitor, telephone calls as was anxious at end of the process when completing.

Joanne and all the staff at Whitchurch were absolutely brilliant in dealing with a house sale and purchase. These people really care and it shows. Very responsive to emails or phone calls, acted quickly and professionally at all times. Can't praise them enough.

We consider Hatchers as our default solicitors
