Making a will with Hatchers
I had previously made another will but the firm had gone out of business and the will and house deeds got lost. I decided to go to Hatchers because they were a large firm. I was not disappointed. The process was very simple and Edward explained everything very well. I felt free to ask questions. The cost was reasonable and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. They kept me informed throughout., If you're making a will I would recommend them. They are one of the larger firms and unlikely to go out of business.

Will Service
Approachable, prompt & efficient which served our purpose.
The only downside was the cost for small amount of work.

Excellent Service

Probate
The solicitor who dealt with our case was very approachable & knowledgeable, we had direct contact with him & whenever we raised a question, he came back to us immediately.
We certainly would recommend him.

Wills Update
We recently updated our wills for which we appointed Hatchers, Shrewsbury to act as solicitors. We were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The solicitor dealing with us seemed very knowledgeable and was always very friendly and polite. We recommend Hatchers to act for us in the future.
