Janet Hawley and David Jones handled my buying a house at auction, the sale of 2 properties and the buying of one more in a relatively short space of time in complicated circumstances. Our named solicitor was Joanne Thomas, however we ended up having input from multiple members of the team, throughout the process of the house purchase. Each person was friendly, approachable, informative and efficient. From the beginning we were very happy with the friendly and informative service. As we weren't familiar with the process, we had lots of questions and reassurances and it was always easy to contact them via email and phone; with replies always being quick and clear. Our solicitor was very thorough and knowledgeable, providing everything we needed and making the complicated process easy and understandable.
