Completion of house sale & purchase.

Very pleased with the service and happy with the outcome. The whole process is slow although I understand the reasons for this. I have not clicked the Great value for money box as did not shop around for costs but I fully appreciate the integrity of Gibson & Co.

Thorough, patient and proactive

Suzanne is highly professional as a conveyancer. She misses nothing, and does not allow things to drag, even when others are doing just that. Our sale was slightly fraught but it was the onward purchase that looked like falling through at the last moment. Suzanne was calm and unflappable, managing to get answers where none were forthcoming, and ensured that my nerves remained intact and that the move went ahead.

House Sale

I recently sold my mother's house using my power of attorney, with Suzanne Forster at Gibson & Co Solicitors managing the conveyance. There were a few complications with the house that needed to be sorted out before completion and I was very impressed with the efficient, responsive and friendly service I received. I highly recommend Suzanne to prospective clients.
