Would recommend
Marrina was very professional throughout our purchase and made everything very easy for our first experience buying a house. She kept us updated at all times and responded to emails very quickly. Thorough and Responsive
My partner previously sold his flat with Marrina and had a wonderful experience, so we decided to use her help to purchase our first home together.
Marrina was excellent when dealing with the other parties. She was very thorough with her enquiries, asking all the right questions including things we had not thought about ourselves. She made every part of the process easy and was transparent and responsive throughout.
I would highly recommend Marrina as she will advocate on your behalf keeping you updated the whole way.

Marrina was fantastic with our conveyancing for a property sale and purchase. Very efficient at responding to queries and professional to deal with at all times. The title report was comprehensive and Marrina’s thoroughness helped us feel like this important work was in safe hands. Thank you for making what can be a very complicated process relatively straightforward. Adam should also get a mention for supporting exchange and completion at the end of the process to cover for vacations. Adam was diligent at chasing through the chain to ensure we were moved in before midday! We appreciate everything you have done for us and will highly recommend to our friends and family.
