DISPUTE WITH MR GAVIN HEROLD
1. ALTHOUGH EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE I STRUGGLED WITH THE FACT THAT THE CASE WAS PASSED AROUND SO MANY PEOPLE. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH ONE MEMBER OF STAFF.
