Friendly and professional

After some poor experiences with other companies I was pleased to find Milners responsive, friendly and professional throughout. Rachel was extremely efficient and John was knowledgeable and always on the end of an email to answer any queries. Good value compared with many too. Fantastic and (unbelievably) on budget

I'm not much of a review guy but there are occasions I am particularly impressed and decide to do a review, this is one of them

James & team are close to completing an incredible job on a large, long term commercial lease with many nuances for me.

In terms of weeks an months, the work has taken multiples longer than expected (through no fault of James and co). It has also likely taken a lot longer in terms of hours than expected too. Despite this, they honoured the initially quoted price, something that rarely happens. In fact I've had previous solicitors costing 3x the initial quote

Great journey all round and looking forward to working together on future leases
