The team at Milners (Anthony, Rachel, Barnaby) completed the conveyancing for our first house purchase. The team were proactive, friendly and great to deal with. Often answered the phone when we called. The other side were much slower than Milners, and the team were well ahead of what needed doing. Whenever we called or emailed for an update, the team knew what was going on and kept us up to speed with what needed to happen next. Highly recommend them.

4 WEEKS from acceptance of offer to exchange of contracts on a house purchase…UNBELIEVABLE. We complete on our new home on 16/12/24 and will be in for Christmas. We were told to expect 10-12 weeks at the outset. Milners Solicitors were great throughout the process. My family has worked with them and Mr John Robson a few times now and I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in North Yorkshire.
