Perseverance and top quality support
John provided outstanding service on our recent conveyancing, which turned out to be far more complicated that anyone could have imagined. Strips of land that nobody knew had separate Land Registry registrations, Approved Inspectors who had lost the building regulations certificate and files for the original build but tried to claim that no inspection was ever requested (thank goodness the Council record proved them wrong - they finally accepted the truth 9 months after providing them with the proof. The Inspectors definitely get a zero star rating at best!).
John's calm demeanour, insistence with the building inspectors and overall manner and approach was highly appreciated, providing reassurance as well as great legal service.
The proposed additional fee for all the extra work was also very reasonable, if the standard fee was rather on the high side (but nothing out of the ordinary for lawyers)

Superb Service

Friendly and professional
After some poor experiences with other companies I was pleased to find Milners responsive, friendly and professional throughout. Rachel was extremely efficient and John was knowledgeable and always on the end of an email to answer any queries. Good value compared with many too. We are using them again and would thoroughly recommend them.
