Throughout the process, our contact, John Robson, was available for calls and responded promptly to emails with responses to all the questions we had. There was one occasion when our buyer's solicitor was holding up the whole process but we were able to overcome the hurdles through open and constructive communications aided by John and his colleagues.

Solicitor review
4 WEEKS from acceptance of offer to exchange of contracts on a house purchase…UNBELIEVABLE. We complete on our new home on 16/12/24 and will be in for Christmas. We were told to expect 10-12 weeks at the outset. Milners Solicitors were great throughout the process. My family has worked with them and Mr John Robson a few times now and I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in North Yorkshire.

Another perfect job!
We don’t move home very often, but when we do, John Robson and his team have always been there for us all the way through the transaction. Nothing is too much trouble, and John’s client care is second to none.
