This is my third time using Milners/Close Thornton, and I keep coming back because of their outstanding service. Whether it’s family matters or house sales, they consistently exceed expectations. Overall good experience!

Sue dealt with both the sale of our property and purchase of a new one. I was impressed with how quickly she managed to complete all the legalities for both the sale and purchase. My partner and I felt we weren’t updated on progress at the beginning of the process, but as soon as the searches were back we received relatively prompt replies. I would definitely use Milners, but more specifically Sue at Milners again for any future conveyancing work.
