Probate help

Will and Power of Attorney
I recently went to Milners in Harrogate to change my will and do my Power of Attorney for health and mental capacity. It is the first time I had been to Milners. I had an appointment with Millie Schofield. I cannot praise her highly enough. She made the whole experience easy. She explained everything so well. She was very easy to talk to and I was able to express any of my concerns which she helped me with. I will have no hesitation in recommending her to my friends.

Transfer of Title Deed

Five Star service.
I can't thank Milners enough they looked after use, and we couldn't have asked for anymore they were amazing. Milly was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & gave use great advice. She always returned our calls quickly and we didn't have to wait days, unlike our last solicitors. Everyone we spoke to at Milners was pleasant & friendly. Thank you for a first-class service.

Excellent will writing service
I needed to make a new will. I chose MILNERS because of their reviews and their charges were reasonable for a solicitor-written will.
I am very pleased with the outcome. Millie Schofield was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me some useful advice, which should ensure I won’t have to update my will in the near future.
