As a first-time house buyer, Lucas & Wyllys were my first experience with solicitors. I did not know what to expect but Amy and her team made everything extremely clear to understand and were happy to explain things to us where needed. They were very understanding to our circumstances, frequently providing updates and helping us to get everything sorted as quick as possible.
Although not the cheapest option, Lucas & Wyllys are definitely worth the money. Amy especially was extremely professional yet friendly which helped me feel at ease throughout the entire process as I knew she had everything under control. We would definitely use them again and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much!

We recently purchased our first property, being new to this, we were grateful to have informed guidance by both Chloe and Amy, who helped us from the start to the end. No question was too small! Chloe was quick and efficient in answering queries and ultimately helped us get our purchase over the line before stamp duty came into effect.
Their app was very handy, keeping us updated at each stage, what had been described to me by friends as a daunting time was smooth running and stress-free down to the role our team at Lucas & Wylls played.
We will always be grateful for this, and would recommend to anyone! We will be using Lucas & Wyllss again in the future.

I recommend Lucas and wylss. We have had many complications in our sale and Rachelle has put a lot of work into chasing things up for us, we had a long wait for land registry and every time I spoke to the estate agents they told me my solicitor had already been on the phone. She has also been fast to respond to emails and queries.

Our solicitor (Julie Garrod) was helpfull every step of the way managing to always keep us updated and getting us through the move before the stamp duty rise.
