Highly recommend. Amy Church and her team were absolutely fantastic in making the process as smooth, easy to understand and clear as possible. Their fees are reasonable and they supported our transaction even when we were in different cities. Property transactions in the UK are complex and confusing for someone that is not familiar with the British property system. .

Everything was spot on
I would have liked to have seen Amy face to face at least once (that's why I went for
a local solicitor as opposed to a cheaper online one). However, everything was spot
on. I got regular updates, everything has gone smoothly and it was a better price
than some other local firms. I'll definitely use you again when I move back to the
area and I'd happily recommend you to friends and family.

Wonderfully efficient, friendly and expert service! 10/10
I had instructed L&W to act on our sale and relevant purchase of our new home. It had been a few years since I've used a solicitor and my Wife and I were a bit nervous about instructing a solicitor as it can be a minefield when looking online.
When we initially spoke to the L&W team, they were clear and polite straight away on the phone. They didn't use any legal jargon, took an interest into what our objectives were and I had received a quote and all relevant documents within minute of putting the phone down(literally 45 seconds!). Having talked me through the process more it was apparent it was no brainer for me to instruct their conveyancing team - best decision ever really.
We went from offer accepted to completion in around 3 months. Amy, her colleagues and dedicated members within her team were always up to speed, happy to assist whenever we needed and clearly communicated with me at every point in the transaction. There is always external pressures from agents, lenders and other alike and they dealt with it like champions allowing me to get on with worrying about which paint we were picking in the new house. So much so we exchanged on holiday and completed shortly after and I was able to do so at the comfort of my phone as they have a v good app.
If you are looking for good, local and knowledgeable people to put your trust in you can stop your internet search now. I'd happily recommend L&W to family and friends in a heartbeat!
