This firm of solicitors has helped us as a family since 2011 and have always been supportive, professional and kind. Amongst the services they have provided is will writing, power of attorney, managing my father’s estate and two property sales and two purchases. We have been kept informed throughout each process and everything has gone smoothly.

The app is so useful for documentation and communication
The app is so useful for documentation and communication. The speed of
transaction was excellent. I would recommend your services. The only update I
would make would be to provide POA electronically rather than having to go into
the office for a photo copy.

Change of Property Title and Conveyancing Services.
The Client Portal provides all the forms that need to be completed including Verification of Identity. Instructions are given by Lucas & Wyllys to aid their completion; it took a little while to become familiar with this facility but having done so found it to be easy to add, remove and edit data.
The comments made by Rachelle when forwarding the enquiries from the buyer's solicitor was useful and clarified any uncertainty.
Both the Change of Title and Conveyance operations were handled in a timely and professional manner.
