Julie was great
Julie took care of the sale of my flat in Great Yarmouth which was far from straightforward due to changing managing agents and purchaser's solicitors being less than efficient. She handled everything with great tenacity, patience and professionalism. Thank you Julie for making it all happen!

Very good customer care

Conveyancing
I found dealing with Julie at Lucas & Wyllys was a very pleasant experience, you can log into your portal and get updates, I was always kept up to speed with emails and phone calls, I would thouroughly recomend Lucas & Wyllys to represent anyone.

Selling and buying excellent service
Selling property was very lengthy due to purchasers. We were kept informed and up to date with all aspects of the sale. Buying property was very speedy and efficient.

Why go anywhere else!
Julie was absolutely exceptional when it came to selling/ buying our home. She replied almost immediately to any queries we had and resolved any issues which arose promptly and effectively. We were settled in our new home much quicker than we ever could have imagined and this is all down to Julie and her colleagues. Thank you!
