Very good customer care

Conveyancing
I found dealing with Julie at Lucas & Wyllys was a very pleasant experience, you can log into your portal and get updates, I was always kept up to speed with emails and phone calls, I would thouroughly recomend Lucas & Wyllys to represent anyone.

Selling and buying excellent service
Selling property was very lengthy due to purchasers. We were kept informed and up to date with all aspects of the sale. Buying property was very speedy and efficient.

Why go anywhere else!
Julie was absolutely exceptional when it came to selling/ buying our home. She replied almost immediately to any queries we had and resolved any issues which arose promptly and effectively. We were settled in our new home much quicker than we ever could have imagined and this is all down to Julie and her colleagues. Thank you!

First Class conveyancing services

Amazing experience, highly recommend
Julie Garrod was excellent throughout our very difficult house sale/remortgage.
On multiple occasions our buyer pulled out however this did not phase Julie. Julie done everything quickly/professionally and was on the ball the whole time.
Myself and Imogen can’t thank Julie enough (we must have been nightmare customers)
