The service I received in regard to the slae of my property was good and generally hampered by the other party with matters brought up dealt with as quickly as possible and ultimately everything was resolved though due to late completion this hampered my onward action as no definite situation was completed until the Monday of the week of completion

We had an excellent experience with Cerys Adcock when buying and selling our house. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear and consistent, keeping us informed at every step and always responding promptly to any questions or concerns.

Cerys handled both transactions seamlessly ensuring everything was completed accurately and on time. Their attention to detail and dedication gave us real peace of mind during what can often be a stressful process.

We highly recommend Cerys to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy solicitor for property transactions. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The sale was a wonderfully seamless process.

I have used Charlie Bowden for quite a few of my properties for years, selling and buying and each time, she executes the deal brilliantly. She always remains in contact during the press and when we speak, she is lively, friendly and knowledgeable. I never have to chase, Charlie is always on the case!

Really great service from Charlie Bowden who was always very communicative and helpful during our house sale and purchase. The move was a pretty drawn out and stressful experience at times due to issues in the chain, but Charlie was always on it and very helpful. We felt like she always had the answers and knew exactly what she was doing, even when other solicitors in the chain did not! 100% recommended and would definitely use again!
