I used WGA after a previous excellent service provided by Sue Bloomfield. However my work was undertaken by M. Watts. I had no initial issues but due to complications outside of anyone’s control, the house sale did take a long time to complete. Despite this, I did on numerous occasions have to chase WGA for updates and only received them after having to keep asking plus I did ask for WGA on a number of issues for professional advice and never received any comment or reply to my specific issue. I will not use WGA again because of this.

Cannot give Sue enough credit for how amazing she has been throughout our transaction. Being first time buyers is daunting enough, but I have never felt so at ease and happy with how the whole process was. She was always available to talk if we had any worries or concerns, and just got the job done no matter what, and cares deeply for her clients!
