We've used Anna before when my late father transferred his share of our house to us. We were very happy then and so pleased when Anna took on our file. The whole process was pretty stressful and part of this was due to the poor efficiency of the solicitor down the chain. Anna had our conveyancing completed in half the time of the slowest in the chain. That's the difference

We went to Ward Gethin Archer as they had completed our wills and Power Of Attorney documents. From the start things have been dealt with great efficiency and either Anna or Laura were there to answer any queries or allay any fears. I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm to others

I would and have already recommended your service to a couple of people, I found it kind and helpful. The friend who came with me (I have a sight problem and I am 91),and I recommended intends to use you in the future, she was very impressed, also a new neighbour asked.

Amazing and professional in all aspects of the sale process, I couldn't be happier.
