A thoroughly professional service. All matters were very well explained and there was never a feeling that anything was taking too long and therefore rushed. Even a last minute cancellation due to a medical emergency was accepted sympathetically and new appointments easily arranged. Even disabled parking and entry was arranged without a problem.
In conclusion a very professional experience.

I initially intended to make a change to my will myself, I then changed my mind and had it done professionally by Julia at Dereham. I am more than pleased with the result, as I was not aware that the way my Wife and I had our land registered would make the will set up as a Trust invalid. It is now sorted, so our outlay to have it changed professionally, was more than justified.
