We are very impressed with Lauren who sold our parents house. It was quite a stressful time as there was a parcel of land at the rear of the property that was not registered. I'm happy that my flat was sold without issue, Danelle was able to work with myself and the buyer's solicitors to make sure everything went without a hitch, I would recommend her as a solicitors for others selling their property. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve communication, I sometimes felt that I did not have all the information required, I would go weeks expecting to hear back about enquiries only to find out later that the enquiries had been resolved but I had not been informed. I did not find out I was in a chain, and that's why things had progressed slower than expected, until the week before completion.
