This is the second time I have used Jackie at WGA for selling/buying property. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Jackie is always extremely thorough and professional. She takes all her cases personally and I always feel that even though I know she has a huge caseload that Jackie is 100% working for me.
Because Jackie is such a high performer, her support team also needs to be able to work to the same high standards as Jackie maintains for herself.

Jackie Murfitt was recommended by my mortgage advisor and was quick off the mark from the beginning! She was very helpful in explaining the minute details about the process of buying a house which was certainly helpful to a first time buyer who felt very lost. Jackie was a great guide!

Gemma was extremely professional and helpful when helping me with my a settlement agreement with my former employer. She was able to complete all the work within the very tight timescales, and was a joy to deal with. She took time to run through all the clauses of the contract with me ensuring that I understood all my obligations and those of my former employer.
She was able to quickly and effectively negotiate some changes with my employers legal team, and ensure that everything was complete and signed before the very right deadline. I’d definitely use Gemma again for any employment related matter and WGA for any legal issues I may have in the future.

Antiquated, outdated and unorganized.. a simple house conveyancing matter feels like its happening despite of them not because of them.
Very little advice or work being done, they essentially just seem to pass documents back and forth. Its also extremely frustrating they they prefer to avoid modern systems everyone else is using, my last two house purchases over the last 14 years have been completed using electronic document handling,
WGA send mixed signals in one email after being pushed they say they use virtual Signature, in another they outright refused to do anything electronically. outside factors apart a process that should have taken 2-3 weeks maximum is delayed with hard copies taking weeks to pass between all parties..
I'd say its time they embraced the future but its not even that, they seem stuck in 1993 whilst everyone else has been using electronic documents for 20 years...!!!
No real level of attention and when you raise an issue there is no apology or acknowledgement, its simply ignored and they carry on regardless.
