As a first time buyer, it can be daunting to go through the process, however Robin was always on hand to explain the process and sending the documents as they were received. I appreciated the regular updates and not waiting for the final report before I could review the documents for the house I was purchasing. I would recommend Robin to anyone looking to buy a house, either for the first time or more

Robin simply outstanding. He dealt with both buying & selling for us. The selling part was really not straight forward and could have gone pear shaped at the last minute. However, thanks to Robin's professionalism and astute manner he managed to keep us calm and eventually managed to get our move over the line. We are eternally grateful to him.

Absolutely amazing service from Robin from start to finish. As first time buyers, Robin was wonderful at explaining things and not making us feel silly. He made us like we were in safe hands through a complicated and long process and that's the biggest thing we valued. We would not hesitate to use Ward Gethin and Archer again and would also love to work with Robin Barwell again.
