Although the whole process of selling and buying was long winded due to the selling of some land having to complete at the same time as my house I felt that Carolyn was efficient at sorting out my house sale and buying my new house. There were times I was under stress due to my buyers and other circumstances and Carolyn helped me with this. I do wonder if my house sale could have been quicker if my buyers had stopped interfering and if Cheffins and another solicitor had been a bit more efficient re the land sale but I can not be sure where the hold ups were. But Carolyn was brilliant as she was when she sold another house for me last year.
