Professional but still caring service

Following the death of my wife, I wanted to rewrite my will. Nikki was extremely professional - guiding me through the process with clarity and without jargon - but also very caring and sensitive at a difficult period for myself.

I was encouraged to take things at my own pace and was able to contact Nikki by email or, indeed, phone whenever I felt neccessary.

Very professional and effective service

GWL have provided two conveyancing services and two Lasting Power of Attorneys for me over the past 4 years. I have nothing but praise for the way in which all services have been undertaken on my behalf and would highly recommend them. Issues were dealt with quickly, communication was excellent and documentation was provided with a very fast turn around.

1st class professional conveyancing services. Prompt support, assistance, advice and follow-up from the complete team. Mark Broughton is clearly very experienced in handling property which is not electronically registered in the land registry, as was the case with my conveyancing. I also considered the fee to be reasonable and value for money. I would not hesitate to highly recommend GWL.

I have used the services of GWL twice in the last year both to sell and buy property. In all my dealings with the staff they have been professional, informative, keeping me up to date with all developments via email and phone. They have been easy to talk to and no matter how many questions I had they were dealt with efficiently and in a lovely manner.

Sarah Walker at the Heswall office looked after our house purchase in Dec 2019. She gave excellent friendly advice, was on the ball with all the vital searches and was supported by superb back-up colleagues in the office. Unhesitatingly recommended!

House Purchase & New Wills : We recently purchased a property in Neston through your Heswall Branch . The process was handled by Mark Broughton and was smooth and efficient. We are invited to a free check up of our wills which was carried out by Georgina Roberts who explained everything in language we could both understand - We now have new Wills which suit our circumstances . GWL pricing was very fair and we would recommend their services
