We have used Mark Broughton at GWL Heswall for a number of years for purchase and sale of properties having also recommended him to family and friends. Cannot fault his attention to detail and "sticking" with a case. Our most recent property sale was conducted under the current difficult circumstances due to CV19 with associated delays at Land Registry. Guided through the government guidelines to a successful completion by Mark assisted by Diane Swaine. Well done all round...

Excellent customer service
High quality customer service during the conveyancing process. Regular progress reports and speedy response to any questions raised. I only wish I had used GWL on previous sales/purchases as it would have helped me avoid some very disappointing experiences with other companies. I highly recommend GWL.

Very professional and effective service
GWL have provided two conveyancing services and two Lasting Power of Attorneys for me over the past 4 years. I have nothing but praise for the way in which all services have been undertaken on my behalf and would highly recommend them. Conveyancing
1st class professional conveyancing services. Prompt support, assistance, advice and follow-up from the complete team. Mark Broughton is clearly very experienced in handling property which is not electronically registered in the land registry, as was the case with my conveyancing. I also considered the fee to be reasonable and value for money. I would not hesitate to highly recommend GWL.
