Poor service

Dear All,

Had a really poor experience with this firm as they did not keep in contact and did not achieve what they said they could do. Also they charged for their failure in the work.
Would not have any dealings with the company and recommend that you do NOT give them a payment on Account.

Jonathan Hogg acted on my behalf with a dispute I had with local caravan site owners who weren’t easy to deal with, but Jonathan dealt with it in a very thorough and calm manner. He is very professional and advised the best way forward especially when they were using delaying tactics thus ending in an out of court settlement. I would highly recommend and use them again.
