My experience with Martin Haisley of Stephensons has been extremely positive. Martin always kept me updated when he said he would, often out of hours, and was extremely courteous, efficient, accurate and kind. He listened attentitively, at all times and responded with a very caring and gentle attitude.
He was absolutely brilliant and I felt very reassured by him. His knowledge abd experience in regulatory matters is significant and that allowed me to feel as if someone had my back. He is an absolute asset to Stephensons and I could not have asked for better, more caring representation during the most horrific and stressful period of my life.

We have recently used Stephensons Solicitors in the conveyance of buying a property and selling our property. From start to finish we have received excellent service and support from Kim, Jenny and Chantelle who have been extremely professional throughout. They have always been available to discuss all our queries, especially the difficult issues encountered with aspects in the buying of the property, of which was handled with a positive attitude to gain the best outcome for ourselves, the clients. The selling of our property was additionally handled thoroughly. We would also like to thank Michelle in the initial discussion of the terms and conditions of both the buying and selling conveyance.
Overall, we feel that all members of the team involved, are an asset to Stephensons organization.

I have dealt with lawyers before and always had a negative experience. This time I went for Stephenson firm after my reading positive reviews. After speaking to Skye, I felt that this firm would be the right one who put my doubts at ease and advised me to discuss the matter with Laura Hannah who is solicitor specialising in this area or concern. I have no regrets and am very pleased that went for them as my delicate case was handled with care and issues have resolved quickly. I must highlight I was impressed how they listened to me and attended my anxiety related to the case, they answered all my questions in a timely manner so I could have a good understanding of the matter. Empathetic and supportive solicitors, put my anxiety down which is rare to find. Thank you Stephensons, would use our service again.

I chose stephensons solicitor as i read they were they were good, i was so close to getting my child taken away before she was even born but victoria helped me a lot and gave me the best advice. Stephenson's was assigned my file by the SRA after the law firm working for my company was closed. The file was in a chaotic state, and Stephenson's had to work diligently to correct numerous errors that had accumulated over three years. After addressing these issues, they successfully delivered a professional negligence claim, helping my company recover all its losses. The team at Stephenson's were patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain what they were doing and why. We are very grateful for the effort they put in on our behalf.
