The incredible Laura Hannah, Sunyana Sharma, Martyn Jackson and Caitlin Taylor put countless hours of work in and they were all incredibly knowledgeable, kind and tactful.
It was (and still is) an utterly hellish situation but we finally gave up after the situation caused me to be hospitalised twice; due to the overwhelming stresses over many months.
We should have realised much sooner that you just can’t beat the almighty power of a large institution - even if one of the most vulnerable people in society’s life has been totally destroyed.
There quite simply is NO justice.
If we were ever in such an abysmal situation again (please no, it’s nearly killed us) we would certainly use Stephensons Solicitors LLP and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Efficient and professional
I have dealt with lawyers before and always had a negative experience. This time I went for Stephenson firm after my reading positive reviews. After speaking to Skye, I felt that this firm would be the right one who put my doubts at ease and advised me to discuss the matter with Laura Hannah who is solicitor specialising in this area or concern. I have no regrets and am very pleased that went for them as my delicate case was handled with care and issues have resolved quickly. I must highlight I was impressed how they listened to me and attended my anxiety related to the case, they answered all my questions in a timely manner so I could have a good understanding of the matter. Empathetic and supportive solicitors, put my anxiety down which is rare to find. Thank you Stephensons, would use our service again.
