I highly recommend sbw law they have been amazing with my housing disrepair case with my housing association. After trying for 4 years myself and not getting anywhere sbw law took over taking all the stress away. I can’t thank you enough for getting my house into safe home again for me and my children. Thank you to everyone at sbw for all your hard work and support. Once they took on the case it took around 6 months to complete the process and making sure all repairs were made within 120 days and the work has been completed today. I couldn’t have done this without your help. I highly recommend this company once again thank you

Really helpful and informative

Had a good experience! I was so worried going into this as it’s something I haven’t experienced before but they rang us straight away and explained everything and handled it all so we didn’t have any stress. If I had any questions my emails were answered right away and they kept us in the loop and were very kind. Would definitely recommend!

I called SBW Law following an NHS data breach, after trying to speak directly to the NHS to raise a complaint. I spoke with Andrew who was kind, patient and understanding. He clarified my points and read back to me to ensure understanding and a letter was sent to the NHS the next morning. At all points, Andrew and Ellie, managed my expectations, letting me know when they would contact me next, when we would expect a reply and updated appropriately. They managed my case with absolute professionalism and I was awarded compensation. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone wanting a straight forward, supportive and efficient group of data breach solicitors. They work on a 75/25 no win no fee which is just what I needed.
