I was skeptical at first
Initially I was incredibly skeptical and untrusting of this firm, purely due to my own bias and essentially issues trusting new firms.
They were able to put my mind at ease, explain things clearly and advise.
I am very glad I took their advice and would look to use them in future.
Collette was incredibly useful and deserves a pay rise!

I originally opened my claim through another company, who unfortunately went into liquidation before a settlement was achieved. Forster Dean took over my case, and secured my compensation as well as procuring for me the medical treatment I needed in order to recover.
Collette Davies has been my primary contact within Forster Dean, and she has been amazing. She is prompt to reply, and has helped me understand all the terms I couldn't wrap my head around. She has been very helpful, breaking down information and laying everything out in simple and easy to understand terms. She has always been polite, and when I have emailed to request updates she has always responded - even if the update is to say we are still waiting. Throughout this case, I have always felt included and considered, and have felt supported and enabled to make the right decisions with the information I needed to do so.
