I originally opened my claim through another company, who unfortunately went into liquidation before a settlement was achieved. Forster Dean took over my case, and secured my compensation as well as procuring for me the medical treatment I needed in order to recover.
Collette Davies has been my primary contact within Forster Dean, and she has been amazing. She is prompt to reply, and has helped me understand all the terms I couldn't wrap my head around. She has been very helpful, breaking down information and laying everything out in simple and easy to understand terms. She has always been polite, and when I have emailed to request updates she has always responded - even if the update is to say we are still waiting. Throughout this case, I have always felt included and considered, and have felt supported and enabled to make the right decisions with the information I needed to do so.

Hi. I would like to thank Catherine at Forster deans Runcorn for her excellent work getting mine and my children’s claims finalised. Before Catherine had taken over my claims I had nothing but trouble getting passed from person to person this dragged on for a number of years. Catherine called me one day to tell me she was taking over my claims I explained to Catherine what had been happening with the previous solicitors and I just wanted them finalised once and for all. At first I had little faith. But Catherine true to her word was in regular contact with me and in quick time had all 5 claims in order and in turn Finalised. I truly believe if Catherine hadn’t of called me that day I’d still be being past from pillow to post. I just want to personally thank Catherine for her amazing work her dedication and her professionalism she done a fantastic job from start to finish. Thank you Catherine
