I've used ForsterDean twice, mainly dealing with Danielle Jameson for my house move and again for a remortgage on an additional property. Highly recommended, great work.
Danielle picked up and cleared some essential details that the seller did not provide in terms of past building regulations, she ensured the property was safe and interior building work was sufficiently signed off.

My solicitor was Kieran Farrow from Forster Dean Solicitors. I required a solicitor for purchasing a residential property as a first time buyer. I was impressed with the professionalism shown to me from the beginning through to the end of the conveyancing process. A fair quotation was provided at the beginning. Kieran was prompt with sending me email communications and keeping me up-to-date with the conveyancing process, and he was available for me to speak to him on the phone if required. The total conveyancing process took four months however this was largely due to delays with the onward purchases as we were involved in a chain. Matters were handled promptly by Kieran from our side. Kieran is very approachable and professional and helps to simplify legal jargon in easy to understand terms. Kieran was recommended to me, and I have no hesitation to recommend his services to others.

We had an excellent experience using Forster Dean when selling our property and buying a new property.
Jackie Farrow and Emma Hartley were both excellent when it came to answering our multitude of questions and were always quick to respond to any enquiries that we had. As soon as any progress was made with our sale/purchase we were told immediately.
We are nothing but thankful for the time and care that was taken when handling everything, so thank you for making the whole process as stress free as possible.
We would recommend the firm, and Jackie and Emma, to anyone.

I had Jackie Farrow and her team looking after my conveyancing, they were absolutely outstanding! There’s no way I’d choose anyone else after the work they have put in on my behalf. I appointed them mid October and I’m now in my house, I might add that by the end of November they had completed everything. Also I do want to thank Demi for her hard work too as she was constantly answering my queries when Jackie was busy.
