A Daunting Subject Made Straightforward

This review is for a different branch.

I eventually got around to arranging my Will, put off for so long by the envisaged complexity.
However, after speaking and corresponding with Charlotte, and meeting Rob, everything was explained in a straightforward manner with excellent advice where I had questions.
The communication and advice were clear, timely, and professional.

I've worked with Morecrofts since I first met Crawford Davidson way back in the 80's. I've always found the company ethics of hard work, intelligence, experience and knowledge to be a major driving force behind the hiring of new staff. And recently I was blessed with the guidance of a very bright, very sharp young legal brain who would make Crawford proud with her workrate and legal skills. Liz Potter surprised me with the speed she found a resolution to my problem. She made it seem effortless, but the facts are that she has a depth of knowledge,an understanding of my needs, a network of resources I clearly never knew existed and the self discipline to take this case home with her and come up with a solution that I never thought was possible. I never felt any stress, I always felt her confidence in finding a solution was always right there within her grasp, and her positivity rubbed off on me. Liz was never in any doubt in her ability to bring a resolution to the problem, but the fact that she worked on it so hard and solved it so quickly surprised even an old cynic like me. I'll never be able to thank her enough, she was magnificent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐(+) FIVE STAR (PLUS)

Derek helped me with my Personal Guarantee documents as a company director, and I cannot be more glad to work with him.

Derek is professional, communicative, efficient - things mostly lacking in the solictors I dealt with previously. And not only that, his friendly and humorous demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Made me less nervous about the whoe process, while still dishing out good advice on what to look out for and what I should be keeping in mind.

I cannot recommend Derek more to anyone seeking solid leagal advice in commercial dealings.

The worst solicitor service i ever received. Gave a quote of £800, the sales didnt fall through and want to charge me for over £1600. Ridiculous service. The solicitor i'm originally signed with left the business half way, the other solicitor never chased my case with seller in terms of if they want to sell or not. Seller ended up disappear. Now they want to take me to court. This is really unfair service and horrible work.
