Prior to this I have lots of experience in the legal profession, specialising in all aspects of estate planning, helping to prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as Probate and estate administration matters. In my role, I particularly enjoy drawing on the skills I have in organisation and communication. I find listening to clients’ needs as well as offering guidance and support is key to putting people at ease and getting the best outcome for them. I am sensitive to their individual circumstances and also make a point of regular updates- it’s what I’d want if I was a client!

Helpful, present and willing to go the extra mile
After initial appointments with several legal firms in Merseyside big and small and my explanation of what was I trying to deal with (among others, intra-European and intercontinental interactions, intestacy and other) they would suddenly be always busy or away. Many times, they just simply neglected even answering my phone calls. They simply ran a mile.
Then, a tip from a good friend recommended to call Morecrofts LLP with whom she had previous dealings. How grateful I am of my friend and her advice.
At Morecrofts I dealt with Michael and Emma. They went above and beyond mere duty to help me deal with the very complicated matters at hand.
I am grateful for their understanding and expert advice. Quick answer to my many emails and always at the other end of the phone willing to answer patiently and thoroughly my frequent and perhaps sometimes silly questions.

Excellent Service
Emma is an excellent ambassador for your company.
