I had a case with morecrofts solicitors that was first being held with the negotiation department, after months of trying to bring my case to an amicable agreement they could no longer proceed as it had gone too far.
I was then put through to litigation where Michael became my representative, I explained in detail my circumstances and the preferred outcome of my situation.
Within a week I had 2 letters drafted for my approval, which were excellent.
After 3 weeks of the letters being sent I had an offer from the 3rd party accepting a proposal.
Michael was so communicative, understanding and got the best outcome from my situation.
If it wasn’t for Michael my case would not have been settled.

Excellent Experience with Michael

Refunded care fees
After 8 months of trying to obtain a refund from a Care Home who were resolutely refusing to pay despite accepting that they owed the money. I instructed Michael to start proceedings against them and within a month the fees were refunded.

Probate ignorance…
What we wanted was a Solicitor to take the weight off my wife and I, we were being very unfairly treated by our Son’s ex and were very compromised due to the young child left behind due to our Son’s death. Michael Gossage accepted this challenge and certainly did not disappoint, it was not an easy challenge for him, he came up with the answers and to that end we had a fairly easy time of it, with an outcome that pleases us.

Professional and Empathic support
From the outset, given the overall personal circumstances surrounding my case, I found the situation extremely difficult to deal with. Having not long seen the passing of my mum, compounded by suffering such an adverse, and abusive reaction from a close family member bringing unwarranted, unfounded legal action against me. Giving me no real time to grieve for the loss of my mum, adding huge anxiety and stress to the situation, also impacting upon my wife and daughter. Something we felt that Morecrofts recognised immediately on both a professional and personal level. Knowing this, and sensing our solicitor's sincere empathy and belief in our integrity, gave us great solace and confidence in working with him over the following months, ending in reaching a more than satisfactory conclusion on our behalf. For which, we cannot thank him and Morecrofts enough!
