I had a case with morecrofts solicitors that was first being held with the negotiation department, after months of trying to bring my case to an amicable agreement they could no longer proceed as it had gone too far.
I was then put through to litigation where Michael became my representative, I explained in detail my circumstances and the preferred outcome of my situation.
Within a week I had 2 letters drafted for my approval, which were excellent.
After 3 weeks of the letters being sent I had an offer from the 3rd party accepting a proposal.
Michael was so communicative, understanding and got the best outcome from my situation.
If it wasn’t for Michael my case would not have been settled.

A fantastic result for me and my family with help from Ella & morecrofts! I would fully recomend Ella Neale to anybody, she was my solicitor for a year and was completely dedicated to my case and her role.
Any time I needed Ella she would reply quickly, if I emailed she would always reply with advice. She was very clear with everything and explained things clearly & efficiently.
Even at difficult times Ella was dedicated and kept the process easier for me.
She was always friendly and approachable and nothing ever seemed a task with her.

Liz is a brilliant solicitor and gave me great advice. She made me feel comfortable and explained what next steps I should take. She is very professional and made me feel confident I was doing what was in the best interest for my children. My letter come through a lot faster than I was expecting.

Contacted Liz on a recommendation from a friend who advised them with divorce proceedings. I can utterly concur what Barry Jones has said. This is the truth, I was not impressed with my representation and encountered poor service. As this was a divorce case, they pride themselves on understanding divorce is a stressful time, they don't take your feelings into account. They love the fact that anger and emotion gets in the way, as they clock up the fees as a fee earner. If you do complain don't bother speaking with a partner, they get very defensive and close ranks and don't take your comments into account. Their advice is misleading with their solicitor jargon, they don't explain things properly, they do it to allay fear and worry, to rack up costs of another email and letter. Then you have to ring them to clarify, more money for the phone call. The PART TIME representation I received left a lot to be desired due to scattiness and the long weekend made for disorganisation. When it comes to court, against the opposition it was a cringeworthy no show, get out if it to earn their cut from you paying a barrister. It was nothing short of racketeering as well as arrogant and ignorant. For me their credibility and reputation as an individual and firm of solicitors is in utter disrepute. Look at previous reviews and avoid them, find one with 5 stars.

We had a terrible experience with Morecrofts in Woolton however after speaking with the head partner I feel it's a company that has NO professionalism and NO returning customers so has to resort to tricks and lies to run up unnecessary & unexpected bills, the misleading 'advice!' starts at the receptionist who states she doesn't know anything about charges , "just discuss this with the solicitor..." as you walk in the door BOOM! they've got your bill spiralling higher and higher, literally from a 15 minute conversation, yes even without your consent or knowledge, "don't worry you have 7 days cool off period" while we send you the contract through the post that says ….YOU DON'T! the low levels they stoop to is breathtaking in my opinion and would never advise anyone to go near them.
