Rude and appalling service from solicitor.

Personally, I would not go near this firm, especially during a sensitive time of losing a loved one. The solicitor was unprofessional and completely humiliated my elderly mother at a very sad time. Fortunately, we were there to witness her incompetence and rudeness! The upside is, we have since found a really nice, professional law firm who have the necessary skills and knowledge in this area, as well as being friendly, kind and empathetic.

Wouldn’t trust this company as far as you could throw them, taking additional fees with no prior acknowledgment, entitled, ignorant, and quite frankly a useless company. Our family wishes we dealt with the estate alone after the dealings with Maxwell Hodge.
