Excellent at listening and evaluating evidence
Yasmin dealt with our case incredibly sensitively. She was excellent at listening and evaluating evidence gathered & the question that arose from it. She was quick to assimilate what had already been achieved when she stepped into our case and excellent in organising the next steps which got things moving again. Yasmin adapted her communication to ensure clarity. She was kind, patient and empathetic to the issues involved in the case. We felt respected and supported throughout. At all times, we found Yasmin to be responsive, friendly & approachable, a good communicator and competent at every stage of our case.
