Sophie met me quickly to help work through my case. She went through the chronology in detail pulling out key points. She provided clear advice on where my case had strengths and weaknesses and we discussed the pros and cons of different options for every element. Importantly, whilst Sophie clearly understood the legal aspects of the case she was also reassuring and empathetic at a stressful time. She provided assurance that I had done the right thing in supporting others. Her written advice was detailed and she provided a range of options going forward with various cost / funding options.

To get the best I had to go out of area. I was so glad that I did. Lucy was professional and very supportive of my case right from the start. Lucy knew her specialty and used her knowledge to get justice for me when I was treated wrongly by my ex-employer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy.

Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in an extremely difficult situation but when I spoke with Lucy, she was very knowledgeable and empathetic which was empowering. I have to say had it not been for Lucy's support and professional approach I would not have proceeded with the problems I faced with the employer.
I felt supported by Lucy. I think there were some important aspects related to this matter that we missed during our consultation however overall highly recommend this firm.

We pride ourselves in offering individual, bespoke advice about our client’s situation and suggest clear practical solutions for their work problems. Many of our employee clients come to us after trying to deal with workplace issues for months, or even years. Many of them coping with daily bullying and harassment or discrimination.
