Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in an extremely difficult situation but when I spoke with Lucy, she was very knowledgeable and empathetic which was empowering. I have to say had it not been for Lucy's support and professional approach I would not have proceeded with the problems I faced with the employer.
I felt supported by Lucy. I think there were some important aspects related to this matter that we missed during our consultation however overall highly recommend this firm.

We pride ourselves in offering individual, bespoke advice about our client’s situation and suggest clear practical solutions for their work problems. Many of our employee clients come to us after trying to deal with workplace issues for months, or even years. Many of them coping with daily bullying and harassment or discrimination.
