Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in an extremely difficult situation but when I spoke with Lucy, she was very knowledgeable and empathetic which was empowering. I have to say had it not been for Lucy's support and professional approach I would not have proceeded with the problems I faced with the employer.
I felt supported by Lucy. I think there were some important aspects related to this matter that we missed during our consultation however overall highly recommend this firm.

Top Quality.
To get the best I had to go out of area. I was so glad that I did. Lucy was professional and very supportive of my case right from the start. Lucy knew her specialty and used her knowledge to get justice for me when I was treated wrongly by my ex-employer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy.

Unfair Dismissal and Settlement Agreement
I would like to thank Lucy for her support during such a challenging time. From day one, I knew where I stood and what my options were. Lucy showed Empathy throughout the case and was always so clear and proactive in her communication. She was honest and approachable and made a negative experience much more pleasurable and easier to deal with. Fantastic Service

Employment tribunal
Feel let down, after paying ££££s, my bundle evidence cannot have been read, as forged documents were missed and other inaccuracies in the bundle, which respondent solicitor, confirmed in re-examine of witness, how can a SOLICITOR MISS THESE OBVIOUS ERRORS, if these were brought to my attention my case on injury to feelings would have been proven, also perverting the course of justice, only advice on why my case would fail, but no emphasis on the above and how to use this to my advantage, WOULD NEVER USE THIS FIRM AGAIN!

Professional and efficient.

Employment issue
