Settlement Agreement
From the moment I filled in the web contact form Lincs law called and put me in touch with a lawyer. The process was very smooth and professional. The advice I received was very through, and coverd every clause of the agreement.

Excellent support
Sophie met me quickly to help work through my case. She went through the chronology in detail pulling out key points. She provided clear advice on where my case had strengths and weaknesses and we discussed the pros and cons of different options for every element. Importantly, whilst Sophie clearly understood the legal aspects of the case she was also reassuring and empathetic at a stressful time. She provided assurance that I had done the right thing in supporting others. Her written advice was detailed and she provided a range of options going forward with various cost / funding options.

Settlement agreement process

Settlement Agreement
Both the initial advice from Jasmine and subsequent case-management from Sophie were excellent. Everything was explained in simple but detailed terms throughout the entire process and each of the points raised by myself were considered fully and not dismissed until I was satisfied they had been fully addressed.
