Navigating employment matter complexity with great support and advice
For the first time ever in my entire working career I found myself in a very difficult employment situation with my recent employer. It felt like I had no voice, no say in the matter and the Company took a very heavy-handed one-sided approach to dealing with things which felt unfair and unjustified. I approached Kathryn at LincsLaw for legal advice and support as I could not see a way forward. She was so supportive, highly empathetic and provided me with good balanced advice to navigate my way through the situation. Excellent support which led to a desired outcome!
I just want to thank Kathryn for all of her help and support during a challenging time. I worked in education and was struggling with the speed of the responses from my union. I contacted Lincs Law and had a quick and efficient service right from the beginning! I found the whole process to be really supportive and I would most definitely recommend the firm, especially Kathryn!

Brilliant, Professional and Approachable
I started my case from a rather bad place. While I knew that I had a good case I had no real idea what I was doing. Kathryn at LincsLaw helped me to understand the processes of my case, the potential risks and the things I hadnt considered. Kathryn is honest, professional, intelligent and friendly and with her help, vast experience and knowledge I was able to go on and get a great outcome for my case and end up in a very happy place.
I would one hundred percent recommend both Kathryn and LincsLaw and I would defintley use them again if I ever needed to.

A seamlessly helpful and caring service
I cannot rate the care and support that I have received from Lincs Law Employment Solicitors highly enough. Everyone I have dealt with, from introduction and admin staff have been extremely helpful. However, my biggest recommendation must go to Kathryn Bolton, my solicitor at Lincs. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout what has been an extremely stressful and challenging legal process with my previous employers. Settlement Agreement
Kathryn was very diligent and patient during this exercise, open to hear and understand the matter from my perspective, provided useful advice and guidance without judgement.
She communicated clearly when feedback would be available and shared her availability until the completion of the mission, which was valuable and useful when dealing with a stressful situation.

Very satisfied with service 5 star
I recently worked with Lincs Law Employment Solicitors, where Kathryn handled my case. Kathryn was knowledgeable and provided great responses. She kept me in the loop throughout the process and gave expert advice while making it clear that the final decision was mine. The resolution was satisfactory and quick. Employment issues
Kathryn and the team at Lincs Law were so helpful from my first conversation. They were empathetic and very professional. Whilst initially I only sought some employment advice when it came to receiving a settlement agreement I would not have gone anywhere else.
